OUR SERVICES

We offer automated immigration guidance via our platform and an optional application review service and the provision of an additional letter to support your visa application. The automated guidance provides a general direction for your immigration process based on common scenarios and general rules.

We do not accept any liability for the advice provided through the platform, as we have not seen your documents or considered your personal circumstances.

If you opt for either our Premium or Ultimate packages, our immigration experts will review your application and supporting documents in detail. This includes considering your personal circumstances, studying the documents you provide, and giving personalised advice based on these details.

If you purchase our Ultimate package, an OISC-regulated adviser will also provide you with a legal letter to support your application if they consider you a genuine applicant with true intentions for visiting the UK and your application is in accordance with the UK immigration rules.
Please refer to the eligibility section above for examples that may prevent us from supporting your application.

We accept liability for the advice provided by our Premium and Ultimate packages only, in accordance with the requirements of the OISC.

CLIENT CARE LETTER – PREMIUM AND ULTIMATE PACKAGES ONLY

If you purchase either the Premium or Ultimate packages, we will provide you with UK immigration advice and guidance tailored to your personal circumstances. This advice will constitute immigration legal advice and is, as such, regulated by the OISC.

The OISC mandates that a Client Care Letter be provided to individuals who receive regulated immigration advice.

To comply with our regulatory requirements, you will receive a Client Care Letter for your review and electronic signature via the email address provided within 1 working day of purchase.

We will not review any documents or provide personal immigration advice until the letter is signed and returned.

PAYMENT AND FEES

The fee for your chosen services is available at checkout, along with itemisation of the services chosen. A receipt of payment will be provided to you via email.
