Welcome to Immtell Ltd., registered with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) and authorised to provide immigration advice and services at Level 1 in the category of Immigration. Our registration number is F202200109.

By using our site and services, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to always abide by them. They will be enforced in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.


INSTRUCTIONS


We are here to provide assistance and representation in relation to your UK immigration matter. Specifically we will assist you and your organisation obtain a Home Office Priority Service slot as per the Home Office requirements for this service.


OUR SERVICES


By using our Priority Service Slot Assistance, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Our service is designed solely to assist you in obtaining a Home Office priority service slot for your Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) allocation request.

  • We do not assess your eligibility for the CoS allocation or the likelihood of your request being approved by the Home Office.

  • We provide no guarantee or assurance regarding the approval of your CoS allocation request by the Home Office.

  • Our assistance is limited to securing a priority service slot and does not include any review or consideration of your personal circumstances, documents, or specific immigration needs. As such this service is not a regulated service governed by the OISC.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your CoS allocation request complies with all relevant Home Office requirements and regulations.

  • You confirm that you have the authority to act on your organisation's behalf in relation to Home Office sponsorship matters, specifically obtaining a Home Office Priority Service Slot.

  • We accept no liability for the outcome of your CoS allocation request or any related immigration decisions made by the Home Office.


Process and Payment Terms

You agree to the following payment terms in relation to our Priority Service Slot Assistance.

  • Next Working Day: After receiving your completed Home Office Priority Service request form, we will start submitting daily requests for a priority slot.

  • Daily Submissions: We will continue submitting daily for 10 working days or until successful, aiming for the quickest approval.

  • Review Period: If no success after 10 working days, both parties can decide whether to continue efforts.

  • Success Notification: Upon success, the Home Office will send us two emails.

    • First Email: Confirms success. We will forward this email and requests payment of £495 plus VAT for our services. Payment can be made via card or bank transfer (on request) and must be received by us within 24 hours.

    • Second Email: Contains a Worldpay payment link. After paying our fee, we will forward this email, allowing you to pay the £200 fee directly to the Home Office. The Home Office payment link expires within 72 hours of being issued. Failure to pay in time will require a new Home Office Priority Service slot to be obtained at your cost.

  • Service Conclusion: Once we have forwarded the Worldpay payment link, our service is concluded.

Cancellation Policy


If you no longer require this service, you must notify us via email before 8:30am on the day we are scheduled to submit the Home Office request. For clarity, we will submit a request to the Home Office for a Priority Service slot each working day at 9:00am, in line with official guidance, until a slot is secured or we mutually agree to stop the request.

Late or Non Payment of our Professional Fees

Once we notify you that a Home Office Priority Service slot has been secured—by forwarding the initial confirmation email received from the Home Office, as outlined in the "Process and Payment Terms" section—you agree to pay our professional fee of £495 plus VAT within 24 hours of notification.

Failure to make payment within the agreed time will incur a late payment fee of £40 and an invoice issued accordingly. From the third day following the due date, interest at a rate of 8% will be applied to the total outstanding balance until full payment is received.

We value trust in our relationships with clients and expect prompt payment upon securing a Home Office Priority Service slot as instructed. Non-payment will result in legal action being taken to recover the amount owed.

PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY INSURANCE


The OISC requires us to have Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII). The purpose of PII is to cover any compensation you may need to pay to correct a mistake or to cover any legal costs due to negligence, misrepresentation, and/or inaccurate advice which may cause, or contribute to, financial or other loss to the client.


ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS


By using our services, you are indicating your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our service.
